SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
An Online Trading Agreement takes
approximately 10 minutes to complete. |

|
All submitted applications will generally be processed within
1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with the status of
your application.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Once you complete the online application in Step 1, you can fund your account and begin trading. Please be aware that in order to withdraw/transfer funds when the time comes, you will need to complete this step.

STEP 2: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION |
|
|
After submitting your application you will receive an e-mail with your login details for easy reference to fund your new account and/or to access the trading platform.
The e-mail notification will outline supporting documents required to avoid potential disruption in trading or the inability to complete transaction requests, such as withdrawals/transfers.
We strongly encourage you to review and reply promptly to ensure submission of the appropriate documents requested.
Refer to the details below to familiarize yourself with the acceptable forms of Government-issued photo IDs and proofs of residence that you may need to provide. |

| 1. A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, Government-Issued photo ID. |

2. A proof of residence dated within 6 months for the address that is listed on the application
(PO Boxes are not acceptable.) |

We recommend that you fund your account after you've received the e-mail confirmation that your account setup is complete. This e-mail will contain your live account number you will use to fund your account. |

Important Information: Please be sure to type or clearly print your e-mail address on the New Account Agreement, as this will be the medium used to contact you following the receipt of the application.
Notice for UK Residents Submitting Applications: The Financial Services Authority requires its members to verify the identity of all applicants. In order to expedite this process, the details on your application will be submitted to Equifax and/or Experian. Your credit file will be accessed using secure online communications, and will be deleted by the credit reference agency once it has finished the verification procedure. Your credit file will be used only in relation to the authentication of your identity.
Within 24 hours of the receipt of your application you will receive an e-mail with an update on the status of your account. If we are unable to verify your identity the e-mail will include details on how to complete your application.
